French Folk Song

This is a student duet version of the simple melody found in many method books. The parts play in homophony at all times, which makes for a great first duet piece and encourages playing with a steady beat. The two voices are harmonized in thirds which creates rich sonorities throughout. There are simple dynamics which give the student a chance to practice phrasing together. This can be played by any two instruments reading in the treble clef range.
