A work for two guitars commissioned by Orpheus Academy of Music. Composer states: "This piece expresses the feeling of somberness. The triplets in the second guitar add rhythmic momentum while the first guitar plays the melody. In the second half my aim was to create a feeling of “soaring above the clouds” with the eighths in the first guitar and the high whole note harmonics played by the second guitar. The piece closes with a return to the opening theme."
